Only what you type into the forms on this site: name, phone, email, ZIP code, how many people live in your household, an approximate income range, and any comments you add. When you quote health insurance we also ask for the date of birth of each person being insured, your signature for the annual consent the Health Insurance Marketplace requires, and a few details that let us get your enrollment started: address, how you file taxes, whether anyone has coverage through a job, and what coverage you have today. All of it travels in the message that reaches us.
This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools.
We will never ask you through this site for your Social Security number, your ITIN, bank details, or photos of documents. If someone asks for them claiming to be us, do not send them and call us at 281-978-4668.
To prepare your quote, contact you the way you chose, help you enroll in a plan, and follow up with you during the year.
With insurance carriers and the Health Insurance Marketplace when it is needed to quote or enroll you, and with HealthSherpa, the platform we use for those tasks. Your information is never sold to anyone.
The site runs over an encrypted connection and we keep your details in no database of our own: when you submit a form, the information travels to our email and only we read it there. To get there it passes through the providers that run the site and the mail (Cloudflare, which hosts the page, and the mail service that delivers it), the same as any message on the internet; none of them uses it for anything else. Your consent signature is created inside your own phone or computer, and the file stays under your control.
As an agency that helps with Health Insurance Marketplace plans, we follow the privacy and security standards required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (45 CFR § 155.260), and we use your information only for the tasks you authorize.
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete your information, and you can revoke the consent you gave us to handle your Marketplace application. Email [email protected] or call 281-978-4668 and we will take care of it.
This site is not directed to anyone under 18. Information about children or dependents is provided by their parent or guardian to quote family coverage.
